Distributor Fast Moving Consumer Product (FMCG) company that have many branches
in all provinces in Indonesia and also developing rapidly into International
business currently is opening for following position: Area Sales Supervisor
(Pontianak)
Requirement :
- MALE, maximum age 35 years old
- University Degree S-1
- Experience min 3 years in Sales Dept as Sales Supervisor / Head of Area (preferably in FMCG)
- Having experience in Consumer Goods is an advantage
- Having knowledge about local market is a must (local people is preferably)
- Posses insight, leadership skill, commitment in managing sales team in achieving targets
- Dare to face the challenges in achieving sales targets
- Keeping abreast of what competitors are doing
- Supervising, motivating and monitoring team performance
- Having capabilities in achieving sales target
- Responsible to expand the numeric outlets and having capabilities to maintain relations with outlets
- Placement Areas: Pontianak
